This template helps you visualise a current state, a future state (e.g. a goal), and how to get there, represented by a bridge over a river.

How to use this template
The Team Plan template is a useful visual way to organize and plan tasks for a team. To use this template, start by putting some details about the team itself on the left side. You might like to list their names or roles.
Next, identify the main goal or objective, and put some details about that on the right side. You can always replace the image of the flag with something else that better represents the objective. Then, think about the set of significant steps the team needs to take, to 'cross the bridge'. These might be milestones, or changes in a particular progress metric, or dates (e.g. Q1, Q2...).
Once you're done creating your Team Plan in Drawify, it's a good idea to export it as an image and use it in presentations, or print it out and keep it up on a wall where the team works.

PRO TIP
This template works really well as a group activity: ask you group members to add their ideas about the team, goal, and steps to get there as sticky notes over the top of the image, using a collaboration canvas like Mural or Miro.
Bonus: capture any ideas about what risks or distractions might be 'in the water' below the bridge, that the team need to be mindful of.
