The Lean Process Flow Diagram template is a way to help you understand and communicate to others the essential steps in Lean Process, popularized in the book Lean Thinking, by James P Womack and Daniel T Jones. You can apply these steps as principles to many different business processes. You might like to add other text to this template, and change the colors, to harmonize it with your organization's terminology and branding.
The steps are:
1. Identify value
2. Map the value stream
3. Create flow
4. Establish pull
5. Seek perfection
