How to use this template

This Strategy template helps you to visually organize several essential elements of strategy into one page. You can use this as a group to discuss together, plus as a final visual one-pager for a presentation.

In the middle of the picture is a space to include your vision, which uses the metaphors of a flag atop a mountain that has several actions to achieve that vision. Above the mountain is the visual metaphor of a group of people in a hot air balloon, that symbolizes the strengths and resources needed to do those actions to get to that vision.

There is space on the right side of the template to visualize your customers, your community, partners, or any other essential part of your strategy that suits your context.
