How to use this template
The Growth Plan template helps you and your team to visualize and track the main stages of growth of a product, service, feature, or business over time.
To use this template, start on the left side: what are our first set of goals? (hint: no more than 3!) Change the text placeholders in the 'leaves' to be your early goals. What results (or 'flowers') would we want to see at this early stage? Next, think about the next most significant stage and capture goals and results for that stage, and so on. Then, think about initiatives: what are the main pieces of work needed to achieve those goals and results? Adapt the text below the line of the 'plants' to reflect these initiatives.
Export your Growth Plan as an image to use in a presentation or as a poster, and keep referring to it over time, to see how you're tracking.
