Product and service teams often talk about what their product/service is, more than what it does. This very simple distinction can be the difference in unlocking better ideas for improvement and innovation.

The Customer Transformation template uses the fun metaphor of the superhero as a way to help you and your group think about a challenge in a fresh way: what would a 'super' version of a stakeholder (or customer type or persona) be? And how might your product/service turn a regular stakeholder into a 'super stalkeholder'?

To use this template, start by nominating a target persona/stakeholder. Add their details to the left side of the the template. What are their goals? What problems get in their way?

Next, think about and discuss what a 'super' version of that persona/stakeholder would be. What 'super powers' do they want? Moving from the metaphorical world to your product's world, how would these translate into benefits?

Finally, brainstorm ways to improve the product to realise these benefits, to turn that stakeholder into the 'super' version of that stakeholder.
