How to use it?
Categorize your tasks according to importance and urgency, in 4 quadrants.
- The NOW: urgent and important, the typical troubleshooting.
- DECIDE, important but not urgent. These can be strategic, long-term work. High value but not urgent.
- DELEGATE: it's not important but urgent. It has lower value, can be repetitive. Delegate where you can.
- DELETE: Neither important or urgent? Why even spend time on it?
