Plorking' (pronounced 'plerking') is anything that seems to be a healthy happy mix of playing and working at the same time. Activities that use Appreciative Inquiry often feel like plorking, where you're playing but also learning or accomplishing something; or you're doing something for work, but it's enjoyable.
This template visualizes a set of questions to help you get a greater sense of understanding and meaning for whatever topic you direct yourself to. It works really well as a group activity (e.g. a warm-up activity), to help a group get to know one another better.
To use this template, open it in Drawify and export it either as an image (PNG or JPG) or PDF. Add the image to a slide presentation, or print copies out to give to meeting/workshop participants. Give everyone time to consider and write answers to the questions. Ask everyone to share what they wrote, one question at a time.
