How to use this template
The ladder is a neat metaphor to represent progress over time. Use this template to help visualise how you, or a team, customer, or community progresses from step to step over time, by adapting the text and images to suit your context.
Once you have completed your design, you can export it as an image to use in presentations, or to print out and keep on the wall as a poster for a whole team to see, to remind themselves and track progress.
