This Agile Iteration Process Diagram is designed to help you visualize the process flow of an iterative way of working, common to agile software development.
The template includes industry-standard stages (e.g. Design, Build, Test), but feel free to replace the text and images with other stages that suit your workflow or process. It's also a way to check in with your team about which stages are going well, or not so well, which are missing, and what can be done to improve the process.
Once you have adapted this template to include your own organization's terminology, try using it as a way to have a team retrospective. Export your Agile Iteration Process Diagram as an image, and use it as a background in your collaboration canvas of choice (e.g. Mural or Miro), and invite your team members to add sticky notes on top of it for what is going well, and not so well.
Customize the layout, content, and colors of this template, or swap elements for others to match your purpose.
