En esta sesión, Paula Moreno compartirá algunos de sus pensamientos sobre cómo usar los visuales en la facilitación de equipos ágiles y por qué es tan importante. También veremos algunos de los beneficios de usar visuales en las configuraciones ágiles, y se compartirán algunos tips sobre cómo puedes empezar a usarlos tú mismo. The use of visuals in agile team facilitation and organizational agility
There's a lot of talk these days about agile coaching and using visuals in organizational agility. In my experience, both of these things are critical to getting the most out of agile teams and scaling agile effectively up through the organization. Agile coachs help organizations adopt and adapt agile values, principles and practices. One of the ways they do this is by using visuals during meetings and workshops. Visuals can help teams stay on track, keep communication clear and facilitate problem solving.
In this workshop, Paula Moreno will share some of her thoughts on how to use visuals in agile coaching and why they're so important. We will also take a look at some of the benefits of using visuals in an agile setting, and share some tips on how you can start using them yourself. With some practical examples and in an interactive way, you will be able to start using them!
Paula Morena is an agile team facilitator and she studies organizational agility. She met Drawify through one of our free workshops and, from then, she became one of our most active users!
